JANE WORD TAYLOR ART: There is a sense of timeless balance between the essence of place and its various iterations. I love the interaction of the abstract shapes with the sometimes whimsical details of the moment. Paintings displayed chronologically - click to enlarge. The rest woke gradually and enjoyed a cozy breakfast by the fire. I set out to the Kilauea overlook in the dark but missed the glow by minutes. Wet and windy but lovely as it cleared. The painting is now in progress - just a bit more to do….
